The sales workshops are designed to work in the real world, with real examples rather than a classroom with theoretical examples. We will not give a bunch of concepts and let you do it yourself, without training wheels.
They are facilitated by a Katalyst Consultant working with your key stakeholders to drive specific outcomes. The collaborative results have several distinct advantages over training programs. The main one being that the result from the session has been a collaboration of ideas and agreed by all to be a better way of dealing with the issue of the session.
This flexible approach drives a more significant result that gets traction immediately with the team. We then focus on making sure the team follow the new process rather than whether they understand it.
Our sessions are typically 2 – 3 hours in duration so that we dnt take the team away from day to day operations. This enables the ability to change processes without missing a beat.
